Teflon® S Coating Overview

Teflon® S coatings are one coat systems that are self-priming. Their primary feature is that they cure at lower temperatures than other fluoropolymers, which makes them ideal for substrates that can’t withstand high cure temperatures.

• Coating system is one coat/solvent based
• Superior resistance to abrasion
• Excellent non-stick/low friction qualities
• Good resistance to chemical corrosion
• Cures at 350-630°F

This coating is best used for corrosion resistance. It can stand up to temperatures as high as 500°F.
